At Dos Cuerpos, we design our tastings as immersive, sensorial experiences that explore the richness of Mexican wines and spirits. Guests discover production processes, tasting profiles, and the stories behind each bottle thoughtfully curated with an specific pairing.
We place great importance on conscious consumption: social, environmental, and cultural. Highlighting the people and traditions behind every product. We work exclusively with high-quality, artisanal producers, honoring traditional methods and the communities that shape Mexico’s beverage culture.
Each experience unfolds in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, tailored to the pace and interests of every group.

We had such a great evening doing the Essentials Mezcal Tasting and highly recommend to others to experience. It was very educational and the food pairing was perfect and delicious… The chef did an excellent job!! I have done other tastings before and this was one of the top ones. A definite 5 star!!
