Mezcal Tasting w/ Pairing Menu

A guided spirits tasting and seasonal five-course dinner, designed to unfold slowly over the course of the evening. You'll taste five carefully selected Mexican spirits, from mezcal and tequila to bacanora and beyond (depending on our seasonal selection), each chosen to showcase different regions, production traditions, and flavor profiles. As you taste, we'll share the stories behind the producers and the techniques that shape each spirit, helping you develop a deeper understanding of Mexico's distilling culture through your senses.

Throughout the night, each spirit is paired with a course from chef Fabrice Van Besien's seasonal menu, our only chef collaboration that steps outside Mexican gastronomy. Using locally sourced ingredients, Fabrice brings his signature fusion approach to create dishes that interact with what's in your glass in unexpected ways, making this a uniquely different experience within the Dos Cuerpos family.

The tasting takes place at Faba Restaurant, located in Roma Norte. Rather than a formal tasting or a traditional dinner, this is a shared table where Mexican spirits, food, and storytelling come together. An opportunity to explore the depth and diversity of what Mexico produces. One glass, one dish at a time.
