Mezcal Tasting w/ Pairing Menu

This is our most intimate and refined experience, created collaboratively by Cecilia Alcántara and house chef Naoki Takeda as a seasonal expression of the Dos Cuerpos philosophy. At its core is a five-course menu where technique, sensitivity, and local ingredients come together in a thoughtful culinary journey, paired with a spirits selection curated by Cecilia from our most exclusive house distillates.

Each season, Naoki and Cecilia work closely together to create an entirely new menu and spirits selection, guided by what is fresh, available, and inspiring at that moment. Every dish is rooted in Mexico's rich gastronomic traditions, drawing from different regions of the country and telling a story through its ingredients, techniques, and flavors.

The experience takes place at Dos Cuerpos, located inside Bajo Bajío, a beautifully restored historic home in Roma Sur designed by DOSA STUDIO, conceived as a creative space dedicated to soulful projects. Expect a warm, unhurried atmosphere.
